Hands down one of the smoothest buying experience I’ve ever had. Purchased few BMW’s before and this is my first time buying a merc. DIEGO went ABOVE and BEYOND to help and accommodate everything I needed to close the deal. If you’re ever buying a vehicle in palm springs look for DIEGO. Immaculate service with excellent service advisors. Brought my vehicle in for annual service and was in and out within 2 hours! Excellent and I even received a Mercedes-Benz discount along with complimentary car wash. Would recommend to bring your vehicle here with any problems or simple maintenance.
I have never experienced such satisfactory customer service. From my first walk-in to my sporadic service appointments, I always knew that whatever I needed would be done in a timely manner by very competent professionals. Cody Vierra is very friendly and knows which car best suits you and your lifestyle. I remember when I moved to Palm Springs and went to Audi in Rancho Mirage; nobody there really valued a curious customer walking in. However, my first impression at Mercedes-Benz in Palm Springs was very different. When I first walked in, Cody was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. From that point on, I already knew I was going to get my first Benz, thanks to him. I would also like to mention another exceptional employee, Jenna Paine, who is always very competent and willing to go above and beyond to do what is necessary for your car to be properly serviced.
My experience is regarding that of a new Mercedes purchase with Andrew.
I inquired on a vehicle they had listed as in-stock on their website. But like so many dealerships, I was concerned they did not have an accurate up-to-date website.
Andrew promptly responded and confirmed the vehicle was in-stock and ready for purchase. After a few emails and calls we clarified pricing and finance - as I was located over 6 hours, there were a number of hurdles associated with the purchase. Andrew kept the line of communication open during the entire process of purchasing and shipment of the vehicle to me. Additionally, we have continued to have an open dialogue regarding features on the vehicle and also paperwork. I wish all dealers had this level of commitment to client satisfaction.
Overall this purchase process has been great. I would absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs.
I came in for an appointment to have a recall service done. I had a check engine light on that had to do with my o2 sensors which they replaced. When I picked it up they said your check engine light is still on. We can run a diagnostic but that will be 480 dollars. I explained I had the diagnostic and that the light should be off now. They won't check the light without me running a diagnostic. That's fine but then I asked about the 2000 dollar recall incentive. Jeff was very nice and pulled out the paperwork for me to get the 2000 dollars. I went to to pick it up and he said that's my only copy you can take a picture of it.
You would think that they could make a copy of the paperwork. This is a multi-billion corporation.
To send me away without offering me the incentive or even making me a copy is just ridiculous. Considering they charge $480 to run a diagnostic and 395 to get a key made. I felt like they look at me like I'm an idiot. I know owning a mercedes is a little bit more money, but they are supposed to be all about customer service.
Where do I begin with this experience after receiving my work van back. Before I left the dealership after taking it in for engine issues and leaving it for the day to get serviced. When receiving my work van back I decided to check the back of the van (always trust your gut feeling) as to my surprise all my work tool fell out of the door! The person who serviced my van I understand had to test drive my van but I didn’t think he would do so carelessly. My shelves that I had installed my self were broken off causing everything to fall and even something to break! This is how I make my living by obviously using my tools for my line of daily work. I went back inside to talk to the service advisor Jeff. Quote on quote Jeff said “well the technician did say something fell.” Why wasn’t I informed in the first place, if I would of drove off and not checked my van I would have been stuck dealing with it. Well let me get to the good part, I am dealing with it after leaving it over night in the dealership parking lot so they can’t state “you did and now blaming us.” to speak with the service manager Michael. After speaking with Michael and feeling very dismissed because he had a doctors appointment, I didn’t have a chance to say anything. I felt like he didn’t want to hear me out. All Michael the manager could state was “well they aren’t industry shelves” so basically oh well! NO THE POINT IS IF YOUR SERVICE WORKER DIDN’T DRIVE SOMEONE ELSE VEHICLE CAREFULLY IF SO THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED!!! I’ve been driving my work van with my self built shelves for over about 5mon now and NEVER had had this happen to me, even when hauling a dump trailer this has NEVER HAPPENED! They DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS because if they did I would have been heard by Michael and felt better leaving this morning with speaking with him. Their service people do not care for your vehicle when they service them!!! The technician needs to be honest and say he wasn’t driving it properly which caused this to happen. He wasn’t careful Because it’s not his vehicle right. This is gonna cost my company approximately $1,500-$3,000 to fix!! I informed Jeff my table saw handle had broke off that’s one tool I noticed. I’m not really the type of person on leaving reviews at all but after leaving and feeling very dismissed by the manager Michael I have to share my experience with the rest of their customers. They do not treat peoples property well. Michael the service manager also had the attitude as if he couldn’t be touched and that’s not there fault this happened it’s my fault. I mentioned corporate he kinda gave a Smirk like saying in his head let’s see how far you can go with that. I just don’t understand and is this how you return someone’s vehicle and do business? I would leave no starts but it doesn’t let me as I left with not trust in my local Palm Spring’s Mercedes dealer. Attached are photos of the damages, there’s also damage to the body of the sprinter from everything falling.
Jenna in service always does an excellent job in taking of us and our car. On time, estimates they are correct and always going beyond just getting the job done. Ed
What a fantastic experience. We bought two cars this week and our Salesperson, Diego Morón, was the best. The transactions went quickly and perfectly. Pricing was excellent. This is our 16th and 17th Mercedes. It’s great to be totally back to Mercedes. Thanks Diego for making this such a pleasurable experience.
